A newly developed area , called Le Defence, with some very updated or modern architecture

















I stayed in a hotel there for the last 2 days

Go in as one, come out as another, rite de passage and/or purgatorium. Great pictures. Great use of wide angle lens that servs its purpose

Oops . Actually I meant arch(itecture) as an abbreviation. Unfortunately I could not amend the subject line. I must have taken 100 building structures in France and they are of more classical design. These are rest of my French pict

"arch" as an abbreviation or as a stand alone noun - doesn´t matter. Equally great pictures. Well chosen time

Right. And in the Capitol cafeteria, the workers were told not to respond at all to a request for "French fries."

A friend asked one of them if Congress was populated by idiots. She looked around, and then nodded slightly.
