Last time World Cup was in Dallas, I watched Sweden and Saudi Arabia play. I sat near some Swedes, and they explained what the flag stood for, and also told me that the horned helmets they were wearing were probably never worn by Vikings, since a solid hit on a horn would likely break a neck.

Just behind us were a few dozen Mexicans who had driven north to watch. They decided that they were Sweden fans, and taught the Swedish guys to blow big plastic horns and to chant:

"Ole, ole, ole, ole..."

It was kind of interesting.
