Man, I can't wait to get there.... my anticipation is getting bigger and bigger by looking at the amazing pics you and vvcarpio are posting here

It's hard to pick a favourite out of this set, but the I like the last one a lot, with the phtographer discussing... really nice!

I've already two 32-gb-cards... but our trip starts in Chicago, driving over Detroit and Niagara Falls to NYC - I think I'll buy me some more cards

You will fill those cards up if you shoot raw really quickly. And getting couple more would be a good idea. I would shoot jpeg, and you have enough space for 10000 photos with the 2 card you already have.

That's why I thought about shooting RAW or NOT... I think I'll do JPEG only and only in special situations RAW+JPEG, that'll be fine for me

Nice series! Between you and VVCarpio, I feel I've already been to NYC and know it quite well.

Great composition on all shots IMO, shoturtle!

Question: I don't remember seeing trees in front of the Brooklyn Bridge in some of the stock photos I've seen. Was there a way to avoid the trees?

Yes you can avoid all the trees, you can go right up to the waters edge, and have a clear shot of the Brooklyn bridge in the city park right next to gantry state park.
