Default Little yellow cottage and overcast skies...

I don't ususally contribute much in this forum, as my architectural-inspired shots are always more of an accident than by choice.

But I am determent to show just how little help we get from mother Nature, when it comes to providing us with decent photogenic-light, during winter-time here in Norway. On a shooting spree, together with my son-in-law, Alasdair, we set of early one saturday, just to find out that the weather-forecast for that day was a real stinker!

Instead of promised bright, blue skies and sunshine by the barrels, we got this....

I thought that little yellow cottage looked quite cute underneath those bare and sad looking trees. It's the mood I was trying to capture - not so much the architecture.

This was actually the most we got to see of the sun that day. It got gradually worse, until heavy fog put an end to our aspirations and we had to capitulate, pack up and drive home.

Have a nice and sunny day, everyone!

I'm not quite sure how to understand your comment here? What do you mean by "Win." ? Good or bad?

Or is that an abbreviation for something i didn' quite catch? Being from overseas, Norway to be exact, I'm not familiar with the expression.

Since we all are in the short expressions-mood everyone, I'll reciprocate accordingly:

Thanxs!
