Thank you for posting. That is one of the most interesting places I have ever visited. How they built it is amazing. Did you get to go down through the back way and see all the pillars that hold it up? And I'll never forget the walk up those stairs. Love it, great shot.

Nice. I especially like #2 with the wheat in the foreground and the windmill in the background--nice composition!

Built in 708 AD, this building is one of the most visited in France, It is currently undergoing some changes in the outlying property to (I think), restore the water that used to surround it (except for a small land bridge that was accessable only durring low tide). I think a new dam is being built, and should be completed next year. Beautiful old structure. Thanks for the view.
