I think this is one of your best shots, Walter. I'm not sure where you are or where this is but judging from your previous pics it looks like you went out of your way to get this shot. Really nice.

Coming from you, that is high praise indeed. Much appreciated. The mission is in San Juan Capistrano, about 30 miles south of Huntington Beach here in Orange County. A photog's delight.

It's a great shot in a lot of ways, but what I first noticed that no matter where I looked, the exposure was pretty much what my eye would have see if I was there.

Been a while since I've been to San Antonio. I need to reshoot some of it in HDR.

Every been on the mission trail in San Antonio? All still working churches.

Thanks, Barbarian. No, I haven't spent any time in San Antonio -- even when I was living in Grand Prairie. Maybe one of these days.
