I think it is very nice but you might try cropping the right side out of the picture and put this in portrait mode. The sky is a bit distracting and doesn't add anything to the picture.

Pavros,

First, there isn't anything fatally wrong with the picture.

Secondly, some would prefer that the other building peeping thru on the right be cloned out for a cleaner image. I personally prefer those types of things be left in after all it's not nice to fool Mother Nature too much, a tad maybe.

Third, I usually prefer that a shot like this be taken standing slightly nearer the middle of the corridor. Again, this is a personal preference. By standing slightly closer to the middle this would tend to obliterate some of the distracting stuff off to the right.

Remember this is free advice and its worth exactly what you paid for it. In any event nice work and keep clicking away
Aloha

I think that is much better. Now my eyes are drawn to the symetry of the columns and the light is uniform across the picture.

Thanks for your nice comments!! you were right, the crop makes all the difference! the sky. grass and building in the original were too distracting.

I agree. Cropping that picture made it very appealing indeed.

I have visited the the maritime & park behind many times. Think the crop does justice visually and leads you in.
