yes friends just look at this enchanting cottage ..perfevt for a first time buyer no down moves you in ...one room no bath ...150 square foot dwelling large back yard ...and you are in walking distance to the nearest highway...comes with no electricity and plumbing ..but who cares at this give away price..hurry and call now this piece of property is gonna go fast.

very quiet indeed ..you don't want to break down here your cell phone might work sometime.it's 15 miles to the nearest highway and another 20 to a phone..the site is called garlock california...between high 395 and the 14... i believe.it's the cut off road just past jawbone canyon...about 20 miles north of mojave...it is a ca state historicle site...remember the 20 mule team...that's where they delivered the borax..
