Roy, sorry the picture is so small. When I resize it to fit the file size this is what I got. I think I am missing something when I am resizing and trying to keep detail. If you have any suggestions I would like to know how I can keep the size larger and still not exceed the file size limit.

The pic size can be larger if the quality of the saved pic is less. Example 600x400 at 70% say.

Thank you Susan, I have been resizing with PSE 2 and then setting the pixels to get the file size down. I have allways choosen the highest quality so I will try your suggestion.

once again try > www.imageshack.us

because you dont need an account to host images and your file size can be up to 1024 kb.
