Hi!

I'm relatively new to the forum. I bought my Panasonic FZ20 this week and went shooting with it for the first time tonight.

Any constructive criticism is welcome!

(Rather than repost them all, here's the link to them)

Hi Smilez - here's a tweaked version of the Radio City shot using the perspective adjustment I mentioned.

I'm from NYC too! :-) I think your probelm with the neon lights could have been avoided if you used a higher apeture and a tripod. The vertical neon light on the left side of the picture, towards the top is a little blurred as if you were holding the camera in your hand...i think you were hehe. Good luck!

P.S. How do you like that FZ20? I had taken a big interest in that camera but decided to buy the Canon Digital Rebel instead. I got it for a good price and it was a difference of 200 dollars. I'd love to see more picture you took with it though.

Hi Danny!

Thanks for the advice -- I'll try it out!

I'm really enjoying the FZ20 so far, I've only had it for a short time so I'm not qualified to make a full-scale review but from what I've done so far, I'm very happy with it and glad I made the choice. (I was originally considering a Fuji5100 or Minolta Z3 -- After seeing some comparison tests, I'm glad I spent the extra money over these)

If youd like to see some other shots from the FZ20, check here:

I'd like to see some of your digital rebel shots as well.

Very Nice shots of the Brooklyn Bridge. Those pictures have almost no noise...very impressive. I take pictures of mostly sports (i'm a photographer for the paper at my college).

Just look for Danny O. and their is a picture in each. I don't have many others on this forum but if you send me a private message, we can exchange sometime. When i get back to NY over the summer, I'll be going all over. :G
