ruined church at heptonstall near hebden bridge in england


iliked the light and dark in this shot and couldnt get it all in on one shotso here are 3 joined

A good example of early gothic architecture.I would definately like to see this shot less compressed, for the sake of observing the pleasurable texture of the masonry bathing in mellowed beams of sun distilled through a piercing winter sky...

Nice shot - although I would have cropped the wall on the right, and maybe take the shot when the sun is higher in the sky to give a bit more light.

But I suppose you wouldn't get so much of a light/dark contrast -still it'd be nice to see how that would look.
