Reflections on water and nigtshots have always been appealing subjects. A good attemp to join them in one picture, I'd say. Would be even be better if you could allow us to see a little bit more of the reflections.Then, you might crop the upper part of the picture a little to re-arrange the frame.

Great subject. I agree with Bahadir about the composition. A better composition would allow us to see more reflection. Since the sky is of no interest one does not need to include very much of it.

Another idea would have been to shoot just the reflections in the water - a nice abstract touch that would work nicely with the various colored lights.
