How long should i charge the batteries very first time.....First Charging Duration NiMH 2100 Cyber shot batteries whould be how many hours.......

Hello Adeel,

The first "forming" charge should be at a 0.1C rate for 14-16 hours. 0.1C for 2100 mAh cells is 210 mA.

At the end of 16 hours, remove the cells from your charger. This is called a time limit termination of charge.

If you are unable to select your charging current, it would be OK to charge your batteries normally, keeping an eye on the battery temperature, then let them stay on the charger overnight.

Batteries will warm up during the end of the charge process, but should not get hot. A hot baked potato is around 140F, you cells should not get that hot during charging.
