I have an older (not real old, 4-5 year old) Rayovac charger model #PS1 That I bought with some Rayovac 1800mAh NiMH cells. Well, needless to say the cells have gone the way of the Do-Do Bird, but my question is can I charge newer/higher mAh/different brandcells in this charger? What about Eneloops would theycharge ok? Thanks.

The charger may have difficulty charging higher capacity Ni-MH batteries (above 2100 mAh), but batteries around 1800 to 2100 mAh maybe OK.
