Default Rayovac slow charger?

I've never really heard anything good or bad about these slow chargers. does anyone have an opinion on these? I also have one of those ripnoche chargers form wal mart. They are both overnight chargers, but the riponche seems to charge to a slightly higher voltage. Any ideas on which one is better?

Interesting. I've *never* heard of their slow charger.

Personally, I got the Maha c401fs just yesterday. I wish you could lock the door open on it... other than that, very nice.

Eric,
What do yo mean, "Wish could you lock the door open"?
When charging the door is to (and can) remain open. And if you do not like the door (though it is nice to keep batteries in in your camera bag, being protected) one can always easily remove the door entirely. It pops on, so it must pop off (albeit carefully).

Good Day,
Steven

I should remove the door. Makes perfect sense.

I just charged the batteries last night and when I came back to check them in the morning (did the slow charging) I saw the door was closed. I didn't do it (intentionally)... girlfriend didn't either (I warned her about it.) So I got thinking... if I could "lock" the door open while I was charging, then this wouldn't happen. But removing it would guarrenty that it didn't get bumped/whatever.
