Costco sales the Sanyo eneloop with charger. Are the Costco ones okay. Right now I have the Sanyo NI-MH 2700. Are these any good. Someone gave them to me. They are new. What should Mah be for the eneloops.

The Sanyo chargers normally sold by Costco, BJ's, etc. are junk in my opinion. The Sanyo 2700's are OK if you plan on taking a ton of shots at one time. They tend to self discharge very rapidly if you don't. That's why I recommended the Eneloops (2000 mAh) and Imedions (2100 mAh). By using the low self-discharge batteries, if you take a few shots today, then don't use your flash again for 6 weeks, the Eneloops and Imedioins will still have a charge and be ready to go. The 2700's may not have enough charge left.

I buy mine wherever I can get a decent price. Everyone seems to put them on sale at some time, but no one seems to have the best price at all times. Thomas Distributing seems to be fair and honest.

The link to the batteries are 800 mah instead of 2000. Is that okay. I also saw the 2000 and 21000 on this brand which are better. 800, 2000 or 21000.
