From what I have seen, there are likely a group of people working together and giving each other good ratings while they rip off everyone else.
Just fyi for certain products, ebay themselves tells people to not buy them from China or Hong Kong as they are often fake or defective, and not what is advertised. (The are not working imitations, but they are stuff that does not work or does not work up to the advertised specs).
Why ebay lets them still sell despite their own warnings is beyond me....
