Default Olympus c2100 ac adapter questions

Howdy folks! I'm looking for info/specs for the ac adapter for my digicam.
Gary, I gather you don't use one, but I followed a link you provided that had a generic brand unit and it listed the specs as 6.5v 2500mA. I may have a source for a very cheap unit that would only need a RF filter on the cord (seems like all those I've seen have them).
Any comments or other advice on this, please reply. Thanks, Bill.

Bill,
"Real cheap" is on my "do not" list just below lend out harley. Inferior products can flux in both volts and amps. Thomas has good ones in the $2X.XX range, olympus can be had for around $35. If a real cheap one messes 2100 up and you go to were you bought they are only going to give you another real cheap one for your 2100 that now is only good for paper weight.
