I just wanted to know if there's any danger in buying OEM batteries. I need a new battery for my nikon coolpix 5700 (EN-EL1) and I found this:

Thats an incredible price for a 900 mAh battery, but I just wanted to see if anyone has any bad experiences with batteries. I don't want to mess up my camera.

I have OEM batteries from Eagle for both my Panasonic and Olympus cameras and they seem as good as the originals. They were recommended by others on the Panasonic board. You can't beat their price for the Nikon: http://shop.store.yahoo.com/eagleimports/en-el2a.html

Thanks, that helps a lot! You linked the EL2 (3.2V instead of my EL1 at 7.2V), but I found the EL1 on there for 10 bucks.
