Default Battery usage with Sharp VE-CG30U

I got a Sharp VE-CG30U for Christmas. It takes great pictures, but it goes through a set of 4 AA batteries in one evening (~20 pictures!) That gets expensive fast. I have been noticing on this forum about rechargable NiMH batteries. Is the my problem? What is recommended for this camera?

You'll find out all you need to know on this page:

Buy the highest capacity NiMH batteries you can get, the 1800mAh and 2000mAh last a good long time.
