Who makes the best rechargable CRV-3 and charger for them? And where is the best place to buy with the best price?

I got a Zukz crv3 battery with charger at amazon.com at a really great price, and the battery works great.

I have two of them!

Yah, it's from China but it works great.

I use it in a a little pentax pocketable camera and it hold it's charge real good.

I recharge the thing about once every three months.

I can easily get a couple of hundred photos out of one charge, less if I use the flash.

I have a Pentax ist DS, and it is a power hungry DSLR, not that is drains my batteries real fast, but today I shot 250 photos and it still says full. By when I go on vacation I need a real good batteries. I take a few sets along but last vacation I couldn't charge them, no power.

I will take a look at these, but the Mah rating of the Zutz is lower than the others I hve seen. Maybe I read it wrong.

I think they are the same.

Although the add you showed me indicates the battery will outperform a 2300mah NIMH battery, I think it's still a 1300mah LION.

The different being LION batteries perform pretty much at their peak to the end, whereas NIMH batteries pretty much lose their zing as they are depleted.

Although I never tested the two, I would assume that they are both LION and the same size, so your going to get the same output.

I think the ZUKZ's are a little cheaper.

I've had very good luck with mine.
