Default Canon: NB-1L vs. NB-1LH ?

Can anybody explain the difference between these two batteries, I see good offers online on the Canon S330, reviewing the "specs" I often come up two different battery types.

Read a review in which NB-1LH was recommend,.. thanking you in advance!

Default S330 - Battery - NB-1LH vs NB-1L

I just spoke to Canon about this same issue earlier this week and they explained the NB-1LH vs NB-1L difference is that the "H" is a long life battery. "High Engergy" 840 milliamps. FYI: Amazon.com has these for 49.99 w/free shipping currently.
