Default Diagonals: Sky High

I thought I might have to title this 'Diagonals: Reversed' until I saw Alan T's 'Radial, wooden ...'

We were held up at road works on the New England highway and I took it out the window. From further up on the highway at the top of the hill where you could see the distant horizon, there were six of these vapour trails all coming up over the 'edge' at the same place as these and diverging out across the country. Wasn't a spot though that was conducive to asking "Could you pull over so I can get a better shot please dear".

Wobbly ones though. I was initially under the impression that the diagonals were to lead your eye into the shot, not out of it.

Your picture made me laugh, not that you did something wrong but the fact that I work at a airport and never thought of shooting contrails.

A photo that induces a smile is always a good photo. We need smiles in our day. As for the contrails - it's like cloud watching and finding patterns.

thanks for commenting Calicajun.

Cheers
