Like the shot, neat lines and color.
Are you saying that you took one RAW file and made three Jpegs to make the HDR or did you just use three RAW files? |

I used 3 Raw files. Got a new camera which shoots Raw and Im not used to that, so I converted them in Photoshop to jpegs and processed as usual. For what it is (a shot of a few pieces of plastic with sunlight coming through) there is an amazing amount of detail. The pattern of the pieces is maintained in all areas of the picture, from the darkest shadows to the brilliant white. I really think HDR is a joy to do.

Neat. Looks kind of scifi-ish to me, though I'm not sure why.

I know what you mean Mike. It reminds me of the backgrounds for movies of the 40s. Black and white with the credits running up over it.

Bynx,
That's quite some detail from your new Nikon and its accompanying lens. Reminds me of sand dunes in pink sand. Aloha |

Its my new Nikon but its 9 years old. Its a D1X using a 28mm Sigma lens. And glad you noticed the detail. All in all not possible to see had I not gone HDR.
