Another look at Bridal Veil Falls, on a windy day, thought this was a fun picture. I took it a few years ago and thought it gave a good idea of how wet it could be getting to the viewing area. Not many ventured as far as I did, the pavement on the walk was slippery and unprotected. Needless to say, I promptly dried off my lens when I got out of the spray.

It's an impressive sight. I just think that the large amount of lens reflection is very distracting.

The lens was fine, I dried it off right away, after slipping down the wet paved trail.
Tullio, it's interesting to see how people respond to this picture. They either like it and think its fun because of the lens reflection giving it such a feeling of being wet, or they find the same thing distracting. I rather like how it came out. It's not fine art, it's just fun in my opinion. It did what I wanted it to, show how much spray there was, and give the viewer an idea of just how wet I got. |

Agree Mtngal, sometimes it just about having fun and getting wet.

I'm with the fun people. I actually like lens flare and artifacts when they add to the interpretation as this photo illustrates.
