These Moai (Stone statues) from Rapa Nui (Easter Island) look distressed. Must have been something they ate.

There is one in southern Utah near the Escalante National Monument.
(edit)My bad. I just checked my photo database and the place I am thinking of is called the Devil's Rock Garden. It is near Escalante, however. |
