This afternoon, I had the opportunity to get very close to a waterfall at the local botanical gardens. This is taken across flow of the water. First shot at ISO 800, f2.8, 1/4000 to freeze the water in free fall.

Nice shots Paul. I like water because its so dynamic and diverse. All depending on your shutter speed you get ice or smoke.

Very nicely done. It would be interesting to see the second shot done at 1/8th or even 1/4th second. I think it would have smoothed it out even more.
