saly,
It's still there alive and kicking. They were featured on one of the Food network shows. As someone once noted the pancakes are the size of manhole covers. A few months ago while eating there a fellow in the next booth got hold of one of the pancakes orders and was blown away by its size even tho the waitress warned him about the aize of the helping. Here's a shot of a few local customers ![]() |

Hello Selvin
What an interesting food dish... AND I love the wooden plate with the sections cut in / hollowed out of it. The food looks so colourful and tasty. I agree that it's a bit of a shame the depth of field is a bit shallow (doesn't feel 'shallow enough' to give a 'focal impact' either). With regards to food, I am very adventurous eating most foods, and liking nearly everythig - but there are a few things I'll try once or a few times, but won't include in my regular menu. I'm not the biggest fan of most raw fish / raw seafood (apart from some smoked or pickled fish, if that 'counts'). Thanks for sharing, Selvin. Your photos are so often both interesting and inviting! PS - the photo of the 3 guys sitting, eating - with backs to us is very cool too. Cheers Paul |
