Default Give us Your Favorites -- Trillium Lake Pano (large image)

This is a three-shot stitch of Trillium Lake about 10 miles south of Mt. Hood in north central Oregon. The view is standing on the dam and looking across the lake toward Mt. Hood in the background. Stitched with Photoshop Elements version 1. PSE does a fairly good job but if you examine this image closely you can see some bumps in the stitch. This is primarily because the water is always moving.

Beautiful image, cal and an excellent job stitching. I think the kids on the shore and canoes in the water make a wonderful addition.

Very pretty! If all the hard edges are right and the only problem is the water not quite matching, there's always the clone tool to smooth them out. Of course, no one else would probably ever notice them.

I think I need to get up to Oregon more - that view is fantastic.

Calr, Truly magnificent shot.

Powerful first impression... and then it has lots of useful detail to keep one gazing into it (e.g. people on the shore, reflection, canoes, various trees, the foreground then mount in the background).

Love it! Well exposed. Great stitch (only by looking for the minor stitching issues would one find it imho).

Thanks for sharing! Worthy of being a wall hanger!

Great composition! The stitching is superb even considering the wave issues which are always present when shooting panos with moving water.
