Default Glass - What Time?

Taken in an abandoned school last month. Yep, it's slightly tilted.

Abandoned school? That sounds interesting. What's up with that? Why leave a perfectly good clock behind?

There is a lot of items left in the school including trophies and many textbooks. Judging from one room the school might have closed due to a fire. And thank you.

This is one photo where, in my opinion, the rule of thirds doesn't work. The photo looks very off balance.

About 20 years ago I had a chance to visit the two-room schoolhouse in Northeast South Dakota where I attended grades 1-part of 4. The building was abandoned and slated to be moved to a nearby farm for use as a farm building. The classrooms were locked up but through the window you could see that most everything was still there. The basement was a mess with books and old desks scattered all around. It was an interesting visit.
