Just finished breakfast looking out at the snowy landscape when I read this challange. You can see where my mind went after that. Exposed +1 as suggested.

Very nicely done. Your exposure is excellent. By any chance, did you do a shot without the +1 compensation to see how the meter can sabotage your shot?
