Each year in Franklin Tennessee, the city closes off the town square for "Dickens of a Christmas" It is a celebration of Charles Dickens Stories. There are many characters from these tales as well as people in period costume wandering the streets.
Here is the Ghost of Jacob Marley and a visit from Santa. |
