Picture #1 Buckboard Bacon. Picture #2 Barbecued Beef Brisket.
Can you tell I missed lunch and am very hungry?

Never heard of buckboard bacon before but your shot certainly tell's just about everything about it. Very nice details.

I'll take a couple slices of the beef brisquit, one of the bacon and a couple eggs over hard. Sounds like a good meal to me.

Sure looks better than the salad I'm eating right now. You sure know how to ruin a skimpy, weight-reducing lunch, don't you?

It is home made bacon, made from the pork shoulder or rump roast. Has much more meat and less fat than traditional bacon. I covered mine in cracked black pepper.
