As Walter noted this an interesting angle. The normal caution is to refrain from shooting up at the person but doesn't seem to bring a significant disadvantage to the shot.

Thanks Walter and Selvin for your comments. I know I broke the rules by shooting up the nose but Ithought it worked in this case. Most of the times it doesn't.
