Taiko drumming reverberates throughout the world and earlier today we saw the Taiko Kozo ensemble of Japan provide a virtuoso performance. Beginning with two female and one male drummer they entranced the audience with their technique and skills.
One of the ladies strutted her stuff without missing a beat it would appear.
The sequence below shows her in one of her incredible routines. In midst of the drumming she tosses the sticks in the air catches them and continues beating ala Gene Krupa's athletic style... Because of the need to compress the file and still show the sequence picture quality is a tad low. Plus they were taken in low lighting indoors using up to 3000 ISO occasionally.
