I saw this while walking the kids home from school. It made me think about a TV movie I watched every year as a kid.

Although it doesnt fit your verbal description the photo could be Jack Frost a cute Michael Keaton movie.

Flutelady got it. Frosty the Snowman is it. :-)
Now that Mugmar mentioned it. It does look a bit like the mayor in A Nightmare Before Christmas. :shock: |
