Earlier this week, I promised some photos of Annie, our 4-1/2 year old Sheltie. As you have noticed, Annie returned to my avatar a couple days ago.
Here are a couple shots of one of the things Annie does best. What movie title(s) work here? ![]() ![]() Cal |

The first title that comes to mind is Annie Come Home a 1943 classic starring Roddy McDowell and Elizabeth Taylor. Then comes the tv series Annie starring Tommy Rettig/Jon Provost etc.
On another thought.....Annie Get My Gun? |

Well, Bynx, those two are not what I had in mind. I'll wait awhile for other guesses before I give a clue.
I am betting that RobLeeMom might know the answer :-?:-? Cal |

My wife suggests "Dog Day Afternoon," but I'm stumped. Beautiful dog, Cal, and nice shots.

Speed is an excellent guess but wrong. OK, think "Southern Plantation".
By the way, in these photos, Annie is chasing a ball. I always tell people that when Annie chases the ball, she runs like the ----. Cal |

Nope. It's a classic. I saw it about 40 years ago and I don't think that was the original. If I hadn't deleted RobLeeMom's message from the suggestion thread, it had the answer in it.
OK, here is your final clue. Think Rhet Butler and Scarlet O'hara. Cal |
