I can hear the sound but I thought they used a bugle to sound post time. That's a trumpet.

Those 2 horse & riders give it a lot more impact than 1 would have. And that 'concentrating' yet looking away look on the player's face is powerful too. TA DAH!!! Paul |

Thanks Paul. And for anyone who gets the chance to spend the day at the track I recommend it. There are 10 races, so 10 repetitive cycles of exactly the same thing so some expected things happen. The only thing that changes is when you click the shutter.

Believe it or not, this shot got me first place in the local town photo contest. First place for My Ajax. This is the second year in a row taking first in the same category.
