I shot this yesterday at our local county park. The county built a new library across the street recently and they ended up having to cut down a couple of huge, old oak trees. They've left the trunks (which are fairly hollow) for local wildlife habitat. I was trying to take the stump and log, to give some idea of the size of the trees, when this ground squirrel decided the stump made a good stage, and posed on it for me.
