New Challenge - Jan 13-26 -- Circles and Triangles

Back in 2004, Barbara Coultry (the originator of this forum) had a challenge titled "Circles." The idea was to photograph anything in our environment that contained or was contained by circles. If you look at Barbara's description (link below) you will see a length thread with lots of ideas being discussed.

I am extending Barbara's original challenge to include triangles. You may shoot photos of triangles in nature, downtown, in your home, etc. You may also be on the lookout for triangles created by the juxtaposition of other objects. For example, two trees leaning toward each other.

Now for the "Piece de Resistance", you may also shoot photos with both circles and triangles. They may be separated, overlapping, or one contained in the other.

Please place the challenge name Circles and Triangles in your subject line. Some people have been forgetting this lately. Also, please review the forum guidelines anchored at the top of the forum if you haven't done so recently.

Enjoy

An Example

Here is an archive shot taken in the Scandinavian shopping district of Poulsbo, Washington. There are a couple circles here and a lot of triangles.
