Default Point A to Point B - Leap of Faith

It amazes me how well and how quickly these little critters move around from point A to point B. They are really fun to try to photograph.

Not only are they amazingly quick, they really don't have any fear of man. At least the chippies that live in my backyard. If they see food, they think nothing of coming over an couple of feet from me and scoop whatever morsel they see.

Nice timing, as has been mentioned.

Thanks for the comments everyone. They are appreciated. I am excited for the chipmunks to come out again. I know my camera a little better now and think I could get some fun shots.

Spot on! A sequence like this with the ending (just as you caught) would've been worth inclusion in a magazine!

I know what you mean about looking forward to wildlife coming out again (well here in Australia they never hibernate!) - but by learning one's camera better, there is always that ellusive 'next, yet better photo'!

Well done soup.
