I have not posted in a long time, too busy. I have lots of portraits in my collection so I will share a few. This is my 4yo daughter.

What an absolutely beautiful expression on her face. I find kids lose that later and hardly ever give a 'natural' happy look. Enjoy it while it lasts.

I love the rosy cheeks which got lost in your conversion. This is my result which gets a little more detail in the face and clothing.

Thanks everyone for such kind comments. And Cal, I was just in your neck of the woods visiting my mom. The weather was beautiful while I was there. A little overcast on Tuesday when I left but the weekend was great.
