Yes it is in focus...at least I think it is. Yes, you are seeing double. What we have here is a corrugated steel red building reflected in a double-glazed window with mini-blinds behind it. Consequently, there is a double reflection creating multiple moire paterns.

Thanks, everyone. When I shot this, for some reason, I didn't see the double reflection. I just though the red steel building looked cool in the window. It is a photo that I thought I would never do anything with.
