On my visits to Hawaii a few years ago, I saw lots of beautiful flowers but the most spectacular were the Hibiscus. I was amazed to see how large they were, 3-4" diameter. The structure of the reproductive parts of the flower are beautiful.

This is definitely a Hibiscus and an excellent photo.

Used to be the state flower here in Hawaii till someone pointed out it was an imported variety so now we have a golden hisbiscus native to Hawaii.
Beautifully captured,

Perhaps the trick to photograph red flowers is to capture them in the shade! Good capture.
