This dragonfly was sunning himself at the Milford Lake downstream pond. I had to stay very still for some time to get him to land so close.

This tiny butterfly was caught in a spiderweb. After I photographed him, I carefully freed him from his prison. He promptly flew right back--suicidal perhaps? I released him a second time and this time he flew happily away.

Both are good shots, but the detail on the dragonfly is outstanding

The dragonfly is a classic example of "you take 50 shots and maybe get one keeper." I sure deleted a lot to get this one! Angie
