My nephew at a local water park--a great place to spend hot summer Kansas days.
Milford Lake near my home offers many dramatic summer sunsets, this one was a prelude to a summer evening storm. |

Absolutely love the first shot. The enthusiasm and energy just doesn't get any better. Remarkable summer sunset.... Aloha Selvin Last edited by selvin; Jun 15, 2011 at 7:32 PM. Reason: Spelling |

That first one says "summer" in large, bold typeface - really like it. The sunset is beautiful, but that first one is so perfect for the challenge.

The first one does scream "summer", all right. Makes me wanna jump in and get wet.
As for the second, I'm a sucker for any time the sun meets either horizon. ![]() And I love the texture on the water. |
