Not at this time Selvin. Everyone is working two jobs to keep the bank from foreclosing on their dream homes. Have to leave the boat in its slip, hoping for better days ahead. We were down at Joe's Crab Shack on Newport Bay last week and saw several large craft with For Sale signs.

Nice picture! We were down at Oceanside's harbor a month or two ago and quite a few boats were marked "for sale". And lets not talk about anyone trying to sell a second/vacation home right now...
