Just bought a weight bench and free weights for my son, 20. Plan to use it myself, if I can stay disciplined. |

Don't overdo it (I did, years ago), and mind the gastric side-effects! I always reckoned you were in good shape already from walking up & down the beach & lifting your lenses. |

Thanks, stitchbabe and alan. My goal will be "tone-ing", not building body mass -- unlike my son who wants to bulk up. Alan, I do get some good exercise down at the beach as well as twice daily walks with my dogs.
