I'm sure the two Pitts in the high-speed pass were not as close to each others as the telephoto made it seem. None-the-less two Pitts over the runway at the same time requires a lot of trust and coordination between the pilots as pilot visibility is absolutely awful according to my Dad who has flown that model.
