Today's price for diesel round here is the equivalent of $8.72 per US Gallon (uk£1.20/litre), so this is a constantly viewed instrument.

...and we're not far off the5 ukpound ($10) pint of bitter, as barley price increases are already in the brewery. It's probably already there in London, where the rich people live (and many tens of thousands of poor, too).
Apologies to Her Majesty, but seeing things amusingly, occasionally through the bottom a glass, isn't a bad thing to do at present. Keep smiling! |

Very interesting narrative and the photos to go with it. I like the first one but don't care too much for the second. I had in mind for the aperture to be open (no glass).
